Beautiful, new, clean, and safe area. Current roommates are all male, in 20s, and very quiet, clean, chill, and respectful.

• Room will be unfurnished (but bed/tv stand/tv can be sold)
• Single occupancy only, no pets
• One garage spot parking included.
• Full house privileges: kitchen and laundry.
• Everyone must contribute to cleaning of shared areas, primarily kitchen sink, counter, and taking out the trash
• $1250 monthly, includes all utilities and internet
• $500 deposit
