HUGE 14ftx22ft room with 3 closets and private 3/4 bath for rent in a 3-bedroom house. This room is roughly double the size of a normal bedroom! 2 of the 3 closets have adjustable shelves. Comes with a few (very) basic furnishings if you want them.

3 miles from PNNL, a few blocks from the Columbia River/bike path, 1 block from a bus stop. Large yard with garden space you can use. Great location for someone at PNNL or Hanford.

You will pay $900/month plus split utilities. If you’re a couple (or friends) sharing the room we can negotiate a price. Lease is month-to-month.

Living here is pretty simple - clean up after yourself, be quiet when others are sleeping, and generally be responsible and courteous. No furry pets (sorry, friends have allergies), no drugs, no smoking.

You will share the house with the me and another renter. We both enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, rock climbing, etc) and work at PNNL. We both wake up early but we’re quiet in the morning.
