About the room
Welcome to the beautiful neighborhood of Brookland, home to Catholic University, the Franciscan Monastery, and many beautiful gardens!
We live less than five minutes WALK from the Brookland Metro (red line) & bus station, which gets you downtown in less than 15 minutes! So you get the suburban quiet and the buzzing city life - all in one! There is one full bathroom and a half bath.
Our current roommate is moving out at the end of February. You can rent a furnished or unfurnished bedroom.
About the roomies
We are a young couple - recently married - with two beautiful and sweet cats (Jack & Raven). To support our mortgage AND to meet more wonderful people, we are looking to sublet our additional bedroom. Besides our full time-jobs (we have hybrid schedules), we enjoy playing video games and board games and watching shows. During the summer, we enjoy camping, hiking, and going on trips. We also love our community and are very involved with volunteering. We are Brazilian/Argentinian & German/Swiss.
