Hi everyone! Subleasing my furnished/unfurnished Master Bedroom for the months of March and April (can move in earlier in the month of feb if need be). Please do let me know if you’d like to extend beyond April. OPTIONAL: My housemate is open to moving out too in case you want to sublease the entire unit and continue month to month Room: The room is huge (16x11). Probably the largest I’ve seen for a place close to Sunnyvale. Comes with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Location: Centrally located in Santa Clara (5 min walk from the Santa Clara DMV). Castro, Santana Row, San Jose DT are all a 20min drive away. Luckys and Indian cash and carry are a 5min drive away. Rent: $1600 Parking: Street parking is available. $50 for shed parking Apt Amenities:

• Washer/Dryer: In-house washer-dryer in patio
• Independent room heaters and central AC
• Dishwasher
• TV with Netflix. I have accounts on hulu, disney+, prime and hbomax that I can add to the TV if you’d like (I mainly use my laptop). Building Amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym, fire pit

• Females preferred Deposit: One month’s rent

Me: I’m in my early twenties and work in tech. I’m looking to move due to work. Housemate: She’s super chill and fun. She’s also in her early twenties and in tech. Guests are welcome (just let her know prior ofc). We like to keep the place relatively quiet and clean. She’s also not home too often due to work and other commitments, so you would have the place to yourself on most days.
