The space and neighborhood are safe, and lovely—I simply have to move on due to work! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (ending 7/31/23) and move into this beautiful studio as soon as possible! ⭐️

This would be an ideal listing for a student, singles with mobility trouble (as there are no stairs), or professionals relocating to the area! It’s quiet and with no upstairs neighbors, it feels more like a private, small cottage than anything else. 🏡

The Studio is very comfortable for one person (& a pet), and features two mirrored, sliding closets. A Queen-sized bed fits (I’ve gone through a few different layouts in my time here) and can be placed in at least two different positions to optimize the space to your needs (more floor space, or more clearly defined areas of the apartment). 🛏️

There is a kitchen with ample cabinet space, an electric stove (coil burners) and a refrigerator. As someone who loves to cook at home, I would recommend getting a small cart with a counter to have some additional work space. 🍳

The bathroom has a single-user sink with cabinet space below, and a three-way opening medicine cabinet/mirror. The water pressure is amazing and I’ve never had an issue with the water heating! 🛁

With beautiful wood floors throughout, and tile in the kitchen area, it’s pet friendly too! A vacuum or wet/dry Swiffer will be your best friend! The community allows indoor cats, but not indoor dogs, unfortunately. 🐈🐈‍⬛

That’s it for indoors! Outside, the community features a gated swimming pool, key-accessed laundry rooms ($1.50 wash, $1.75 dry; Coins or Contactless Pay), additional storage in parking area, and 1 covered parking space! 🚙

Hi again 🌸 My name is Bri & I loved living here since July 2022 with my cat! I worked in Palo Alto just down the road (near Stanford University), and everything is very accessible from this location!

Within a 10-minute drive, there are two AMC Theatres, the best library is in Mountain View, and Trader Joe’s/Target/Walmart/Costco/Grocery Outlet! There’s also a local shuttle, train station, and several Farmer’s Markets to attend. There is also a concert venue (Shoreline) nearby, and the city (SanFran) is about 40 minutes away!

But the best part about living here, aside from convenience, was the feeling of owning my space. I didn’t have roommates for the first time, and it was very liberating to come home to my little home everyday.

The area is very safe, & residential—I love taking daily walks. If you’re up for it, you can walk all the way to Downtown Mountain View in about 35 minutes!
