Located in the up-and-coming 3 Roots Community in the Sorrento-Mesa area. The room for rent is part of a fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath townhouse. The rental will come with a beautifully designed bedroom, a shared bath, as well as access to the common areas including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and patio. If you have another friend looking for a room as well, I can rent out the other spare room to them which comes with the same amenities as this room.
