Available to Lease: Large private, upstairs bedroom with private bath. The room has a large closet, ceiling fan, and 3 large windows that provide lots of natural light and a gorgeous view of the mountains. $1,700/month plus 1 month security deposit. The room is rented unfurnished.

1 year lease required with refundable deposit (if left in clean and good condition). Single occupancy only. Utilities are not included - split 4 ways (typically $150 per month, per person).

The house is nicely furnished throughout, has modern amenities, including dishwasher, garage storage space, washer and dryer, and a very nice backyard with a grill. Maid service twice a month.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other local professionals. No drugs, no smoking at all including no vaping, no pets. Must be clean and considerate.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other local working professionals all age 25 to 35 (myself included). The house is rather large, and everyone’s rooms are in opposite sides of the house, so privacy and peace and quite are easily achieved when desired.

We also have a very friendly border collie. She mostly hangs out with me in my room or my office, but if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be a good fit for you.
