Jenny's room

My roommate Cassidy and I are looking for someone to fill a bedroom in our 3bed/2bath house in East Austin. Rent is $900 and we split utilities evenly (around $120/person most of the year). Our house is right across the street from Roy G Park, walking distance to lady bird lake and tons of trails, and a 10 minute drive to downtown! We’d ideally like someone to move in March 1st. Lease is until March of 2024. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Cassidy, but it has a double vanity and plenty of storage! We have a big yard that we share with the neighbors, two living areas, and a huge kitchen.

I am 27 years old and originally from Dallas. I have a fully remote job in cybersecurity sales (so I will be working from home). Cassidy is 26 and also from Dallas! She is currently in school right now for fashion and working on starting her own business.

We are both very very easygoing. Cassidy has 3 cats and I have 1 (so you must like cats 😊) and they are very sweet + with how big the space is, they have a lot of freedom to roam. (They even have their own liter box room😉)

We are both social, like to go out, do yoga, have wine nights, go to concerts, hike, and be outdoors.
