Skylar's room

Single family, one story home that I own. I currently have an extra bedroom that I would like to rent out. There is a parking spot in the driveway, washer & dryer in the basement, central AC, option to have your own bathroom downstairs along with you being able to use that space for your own living room. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to Mt Mary College and Mayfair Mall. There is a small backyard along with a front yard. I am responsible for the yard work/snow removal. I have a small dog but I unfortunately can’t have any other animals, except maybe a fish type situation could be talked about. There is no smoking tobacco inside/on property.

It’s me and my puppy that currently live here. I’m pretty quiet, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, being an ally and/or part of it is a must. I have my partner over a few times a week. It’s a pretty chill house that I want people to feel welcomed and safe in. I am also vegan, 🌱friendly, and don’t drink.
