Loft available for rent. 900/month includes all utilities plus hoa amenities (including pool in the summer). Bathroom is shared with my 5 year old who will only be in there for bath time. kitchen/living room/cable/water is all shared and included in 900/month rent.

I am a single mom of 1 boy who will be 6 in April. I have shared custody so he is not here Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, and every other weekend. I have a boxer who is also on the shared custody so he too is not here on the same days as my son. I have 2 cats that you will never really see because they hide in my room.

House does not smell like animals, promise! Ha! I am sober just under 11 years so I prefer no drinking in the common areas. Otherwise, live your best life!
