Trevor's room

We have an open room at our comfortable 2,000 square foot house. The rent is $850 per month without utilities. $200 security deposit.

If you are looking for new friends, this is the place for you! We always have people coming in and out, hanging out, painting, doing crafts, playing video games, have some drinks, and participating in 420 activities.

Utilities cost up to an extra $350. The utilities include wifi, water, gas, electric, and a water cooler with Ozarka water.

There are 4 pets… 2 cats, 2 dogs. All animals are friendly and great with other animals!

The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is.

We have all appliances needed–refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher.

The house has a lot of character with all of our knick knacks that we collect. You will be free to decorate as you want!

Must be open to virtual meeting prior to lease agreement

There are 3 roommates living here currently. 1 couple (man and woman) and one single (man). The couple live in the master on the first floor–the single lives upstairs and will share a bathroom with you. He is very clean!!!!!!

All roommates are really kind, open, and friendly. One is a tattoo artist, who runs her practice in the house. One is a video graphics artist, who works in an office. The other works from home in his room.
