Hi, I am the current owner 52-year-old female. I use this as my vacation home, so although I don’t live on the premises, I am looking for two others males or females just no couples. This is a three bedroom two bath home with wonderful views of the river centrally located

Please no smoking indoors. There’s plenty of places to smoke outside on the 1 acre property. We have two rooms for rent. The larger room is 850 the smaller room is 700 both are available at this time both of fully furnished come with refrigerator microwave and a TV, queen size bed, sunny rooms
