Holland's room

Hi everyone! My name is Holland and I’m looking for a roommate to share an apartment with me starting anywhere from April-June and to sign a one year lease. I’ve lived in this place for nearly two years and adore it. Shared bathroom and a small backyard (not pictured yet!) that I choose to garden in during the summer months. Both rooms are the exact same size as well, only difference is the window placement. The are is right next to the hospital, the high school, a few churches and schools. Could be open to animals depending on the circumstances! Rent is $650 each and bills are anywhere from $30-$100 depending on the season.

I’m a student at CU studying English, but living in Longmont because it is so much more affordable. I’ve found great community here through the local climbing gym and enjoy staying active and certain creative pursuits (music, art, writing and reading, etc. and also thrifting even though that’s not a creative pursuit lol)! I love to cook and am very community oriented. My sister and another girl in her 20’s live right next door, so feels like we have two more roommates (fun girlies to hang with and built in community (: ) minus the sharing of living spaces! Would prefer to share groceries to save some money (the only thing I don’t really eat is red meat, but am open to vegetarian and vegan options always), have communal meals from time to time, and ultimately be friends!
