About the room
Hello! My roommate & I are looking for a third roommate. Our current roommate is moving out, & we’re looking for a new awesome roommate to occupy the room for the new March 1st - 12month term lease.
We live in a 3br/3bath on the border of Ridgewood/Bushwick, NY. We’re looking for someone who has good vibes, pet friendly, & doesn’t bring home the party.
We are 2 females in our 30’s. We both work in the arts. My roommate has a small dog named Mickey, very sweet & gets along well with people. He’s a jack russell chihuahua mix.
The room for rent is the largest room in the apartment. Can fit comfortably a queen/king size bed, desk or small table & a love seat. Double door closet with 2 shelves. Private bath with deep soaking tub

About the roomies
My roommate & I are both in our 30’s and work in the arts. I currently am wfh 2 days a week where she goes in every day. We communicate and live together well & hope to welcome someone wit the same vibe. We are neat & clean up after ourselves and respect each others space. Occasionally we hang out grab a drink or food together.
