I am looking for a roommate, room is available from August 1st through December 1st, open to longer. The room has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The house is located near downtown Fayetteville and within walking distance to just about everything downtown has to offer.
About the roomies
I am a 29 year old single male with one 50 pound dog. He’s very friendly, but also seeks attention. From March until June, I will be working so I will not be in the house from 7:20am to around 4:30pm. While working, I ask that you’re respectful after 9pm. I’d prefer a shorter lease, 3-6 months.
