michael's room

The casita has it’s own entrance and bathroom with lots of sunlight and high ceilings. The area is roughly 14ft by 16ft ish plus the space of the the full bathroom. The rent of $800 will includes all utilities with high-speed Internet, use of the kitchen, half of a refrigerator, laundry room and common living spaces. The room has two closets, one in the bathroom and one in the room. A deposit of $600 is due at signing of rental agreement to hold room. The home is located on foremaster ridge roughly a half mile or less from the hospital.

Requirements/rules (I will not respond to email asking for allowances on any of these)

No smoking of any kind on the property No drug use on the property No animals of any kind No parties No college students No shared bedroom (willing to talk to couples) No short term rentals Must have a clean background Must have proof of a long term job Must be extremely clean

The home is shared by other roommates and is a quiet place. So we are looking for working professionals in the age range of 30 to 50 that work normal shifts (willing to talk to people in the medical field) and live quiet lives. Beyond that it would be cool to have a roommate that enjoys the outdoors and is physically active but not a requirement.
