We have a beautiful home in Franklin. It is 2700 ft.² 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. I live with my 21-year-old son who is a graduate in the music industry and is an audio engineer and music teacher. He lives in a separate part of the house with its own entrance kitchen, Recording studio and bathroom. The room is furnished or unfurnished and has its own bathroom in a separate wing of the house. I am an integrative nutrition health coach and cook organic, grass fed meals every day. You are welcome to have a meal for a small extra fee. We are four minutes from the 65 freeway and five minutes from Publix in the Berry Farms area. 15 minutes from Cool Springs. No smokers please.
