Everything in bills is included except internet which would be split in half and send to me by cash app. You will have your own room they are about the same size mine. The landlord is very sweet and nice and never had no problems. This apartment is really nice for the price.

I’m in Nursing school and will be on my last semester and need a roommate for the next 6 months. I’m a nurse extern at St. Claire been there for over a year. Please be caring and hygienic about cleaning and picking up after yourself. The worst thing about me is dishes since I have a dishwasher I sometimes to exhausted to do sometimes. Everything else I clean mostly.
