Wonderful shared with only me right now home very warm friendly clean. Shared laundry purple room with drawers under and dresser. Gray room adjustable queen bed night stand and TV..looking for dresser to fit room. Centrally located by 696 94 and 75 pretty close. Must have VEHICAL and DRIVE legally bank account and a job. About the roomies
I have nice yard and brick garage shed in back. Covered deck. Basement finished. 2 dogs. No other pets please. No couples just single people please. 420 friendly. One meal a day included. Male preferred to help out when I need it.(no hanky panky between roommates). I will decrease rent for lawn cutting.i am very easy to get along with.I will not tolerate lieing. Be honest and up front with me all times..
