In Kemah there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Many young professionals live in Kemah.
🛏 You’ll be staying in one of our furnished private rooms with a twin bed, memory foam mattress, fresh cotton linens with cozy & warm comforter, and 2 fluffy pillows. Additionally, you’ll have a walk-in closet with hangers and chest of drawers, you will not need any towels sheets or blankets unless you want to bring your own. There is also a Smart Tv in the room, with WI-FI and Prime TV, Netflix and Hulu. Everything in this room is new.

Our lease is month to month, and I do not hold rooms even with deposit. You will be required to sign a month to month lease. unless otherwise agreed upon for a longer period. You must give copies of your drivers license and social security card as proof of identity and you will need to get a PO Box. We will also need a meet and greet to make sure we are a good match. Myself and a Male roommate are at the property. I own a trucking company and the other roommate is a engineer building a eco green plant in Texas City. We are very laid back and quite. Smoking is permitted outside only, social drinking is ok and no visitors with out permissions . You’ll have FULL ACCESS to all shared areas of the house: 2 large living areas, one with a fireplace, workspace in the office with mini bar, dining area, and kitchen. (cookware’s + basic cooking essentials), and a laundry room. We are very clean and expect that from anyone else. Please clean up after yourself, that is a must. Outside on the back patio is a jacuzzi that you can use at your leisure. I prefer chemical plant or oil and gas workers, If you fit in this category, we are centrally located to Shell, in Pasadena, La Porte, Texas City and Galveston.
