• Who am I:

32 year old white guy. Born in Austin, raised in Spain. I work in tech.

• What’s for rent:

Single bedroom of 116 square feet with a single shared bathroom, available November 29th. No pets.

• Looking for:

Female/male roommate, preferably in the age range of 25-35.

• What’s walking/biking distance:

The location is great. 3955 shoal creek Blvd.

Greenbelt hike and bike trail, central market, HEB, restaurants, bars, cafes, neighborhood park, public pools, UT campus, ACC campus, city parks, SXSW, ACL, town lake, lake Austin, etc. Definitely not suburbia! (Google-Maps: Rosedale Neighborhood)

• Where I usually have issues with roommates:

I’m very clean. My place is always tidy. If you leave a space dirtier than it was when you came to it initially that’s not being clean at all to me, we just won’t work, I’m not a nazi but definitely very clean. I’m very considerate, if you’re making noise late or all the time, not thinking about others, or not helping out (trash, etc), that won’t work either. My preferred AC temperature is 77-78.

• Furniture/decoration:

The place is already decorated and furnished except for your room! So, there’s no room for further furnishing/decoration. There is cabinet space though in the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen to store that type of extra stuff.

• Lease:

The house is mine and the lease will be month to month, so if you’re not actually clean or considerate don’t apply please, I’ll just cancel your lease!

• Conclusion:

Anyways, let me know! I’m pretty laid back except for those concerns. The area is great, we usually do BBQ’s every other Friday with the other apartment tenants or go jogging, it’s a great community; I’m just looking for the right fit! If you like the place and agree with everything, we can interview. :) Previous living references will be much appreciated!
