Hey There! My name is Fiona I am looking for a female roommate to rent a room in my house in the Bellevue area!
Here is some info:
- Semi furnished Bedroom in a 2000 sq ft house! Bedroom has a king bed, 2 side tables, and a dresser (can be moved if you wanted your own furniture!)
- Rent is 800/month and your half of utilities is currently around 250/month (sorry gas and electric are just so high)
- You will have your own bathroom!
- Amenities: 1 driveway parking spot, kitchen, backyard, storage etc.!
- Great location! Less than 20 mins to downtown and super close to One Bellevue Place
- No pets!
- Female only!
About the roomies
Ive been in Nashville for about 6 years now! I am 24 years old and a Full time nanny but I am also a singer/songwriter and graduated from Belmont 2 years ago for music! Im super relaxed and easy going always down for a fun time! I love going to concerts, cooking, going out or staying in, getting outside (hiking/camping/exploring etc!) i’m pretty much down for anything! I like to keep my space pretty clean but we all have our days lol! 4/20 friendly!! Looking for a roommate that is also looking to become friends!
