The apartments are the EOS on East Colonial (Feel free to look at the floor plan cost; it’s the 2BR 1146 sqft). 6 min away from UCF and 12 min away from Valencia. You’ll be responsible for $850-$950(Internet and electricity included). It is a 2BR you’ll have your own room, closet, and bathroom. If you require furniture please inform me and I’ll acquire the furniture. The rent will increase if furniture is needed! ($950 rent is max possible amount with the furniture included)

A clean split for rent and electric is around $1150 each but since I have the master bedroom I’ll pay the extra.

I had a roommate but she’s moving out due to the next step in her relationship(move in phase) I’m happy for her but now I’m looking to fill her spot.

My name is Damar but please call me Dj. I am a recently departed veteran looking to rent out my extra room at the EOS on East Colonial. I am a Business Major at Valencia but I’ll be transferring to UCF for their Financial Program. I am relaxed so talk to me and let’s work something out.
