This is a garage apartment with separate shower, kitchenette, no oven. Microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and hot plate included. There is a separate fully furnished bedroom and living room. You can use the laundry facilities in my house if needed and as agreed upon by home owner. There are pets on this property and if you have a pet it would need to be discussed with owner before determining if it’s a good fit for this home and must weigh less than 20 pounds. We have a pool for your use as well. This is a quiet neighborhood on a private street.
