Hi my name is Cindy. I am a dental hygienist here in Fresno. I live on the property in tiny house. There is one other permanent tenant, female with private bed and bath in the house. She is very quiet does online school during the day and works at night. This is an all female household. Female tenants only. Owner will clean house and bedroom, bathroom if preferred once a week no charge. $150 is for final move out cleaning. Deposit is non refundable & pet deposit is refundable if area is left as it was at move in.
