Josie's room

Close to Walmart, and the college. Also close to a public park. I’ve been trying to renovate my house so the floors are bare and the walls are in between paint jobs. Otherwise it’s a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, plenty of parking space. 3 bedrooms are currently empty, 1 has its own bathroom. They are not furnished. You’d have access to the rest of the house , kitchen, living room, laundry room. I have internet and TV subscriptions.

It’s me (29) and my son (7). I want to get a room mate so that I can renovate my house faster, I need more income. I work a lot and I’m quiet and easy going.
