The house is fairly new built in 2022, with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances provided. There’s a 4 rooms available anytime and the room is decent size and is furnished, one room downstairs has a private bathroom. Theres a nice garden with turf at the backyard. The owner lives separately. The property is located with nearby fastfood restaurants, groceries, hospitals, gasoline stations, home depot etc, all within 2 to 5 miles radius. The community is so quiet and there’s a park nearby which is only 5 minutes walk.

I am a Registered Nurse with 3 kids, my husband works at the hospital and we live 5 miles away from the rental property. There’s only one/solo sweet tenant living right now working as a manager in Colton.
