This is a three bed three bath three story town house that is leased by bed space( each floor has a room for privacy)All utilities included except electric which runs around $60 a month. The room for sublease is second floor bed room. Washer and dryer included. The complex has a gym and pool super quiet and clean. I’m only one room mate lives there and is super quiet and clean. If paper work is signed by the 22nd move in could be the 1st of March. Current lease runs to July. You will be able to resign and stay in current unit if wanted.

One super quiet roomie that is barely there and very clean. She is in school so she is very studious and she doesn’t have any pets.
