Elan 16forty is a great property. Modern furnishings, state of the art gym with free classes, nice pool and clubhouse and maintenance handles any issues that ever arises. Walking distance to stores and restaurants, a few minute uber to most of Ft Lauderdale. I am a a 34 yr old Male professional, clean, no stress type of guy. I do have a Chocolate Lab and cat, well trained pets. My roommate is moving due to work and I am looking to renew the lease for 1 year because this place is great and I dont want to go through the hassle of moving. Apartment is mostly furnished outside of your bedroom. The rent is 2440 for the place, of which I ask 1100 on your end plus 1/2 electric.
