I currently have a 2 BR 1 bath apartment at Vieux Carre. Your room would be 10x10 with a large 6x4 foot closet (has washer dryer hook up, but there is also a community laundry room on site). The living room is very large and has big windows looking out into the court yard. The neighbors are very nice, and mainly keep to themselves. This would only be a 6 month lease, unless you’re wanting to do a year and a half lease…which we can work out later on when the time comes. There is a fee to get your name on the lease, and that is $500. We split rent evenly which is 1355 (in total, it would be $678 each) and if you pay on or before the first, we each get $25 off. (Making rent $653 each) Water and trash is included in the rent and the power bill is only 130-40 a month (we would also split that evenly). I don’t know how to end this segment, so uhm…the end?

My name is Kyle (but I’m a girl). I’m 31 years old and I have 2 cats. I work 2 jobs in the food industry as a server (so yes. I will be bringing home free food. Lol) I’m not the neatest person in the world, but I do like a clean house and I don’t want to be the only one trying to keep it that way.
