This home is not owner occupied- currently occupied by two working women and we’re looking for a third female tenant. The Home has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, shared craft/ Office room, laundry room and two quirky baths. This lock/key bedroom is located upstairs along with one bathroom, another lock/key bedroom and the shared craft/workroom. The yard has several outdoor areas to enjoy and smoking (420 friendly) is allowed outside only and with consideration for others. House rules: Absolutely No smoking inside -NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS - No illegal drugs-respect and consideration for others is a must. The House sits on 1 acre with a henhouse and a large community garden which is cared for by the landlord.
