Just bring yourself - Night stands, platform beds, linens, dressers, mirrors, cooking pans, and utensils are all provided.

About the house: Located in the KingmanPark/H St corridor, this is a happening part of town. Restaurants like Maketto, Daru, CopyCat are just minutes away as is the Metro and Buses.
Monthly maid service: this takes care of all common areas shared between tenants. Never have to worry about who’s turn it is to vacuum the living room again.
Small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Misc Info: There is no application fee, but we do require a $30 background/credit check (we don’t collect the money, it’s paid to a 3rd party service provider.
