This is a 55 and over community. Second floor with water view of the saint Luci River. You would have your furnished bedroom with TV and half bath. However you would share the full bath with the owner. This is a two bedroom condo with one and a half bath. Roommate would share the living are and kitchen. I am a retired commercial interior designer/ realtor. I do not smoke and have no pets. This community has a small but active pool. A nice club house with planned activities for tenants.

Most of the people that live here are longtime winter residents that have owned their condos for several years. Very friendly and respectful of new owners like myself. The property and surrounding area are very well maintained. During the winter season there are planned activities available that you can choose to attend if you so choose. I am retired and I do travel a little.
