No pets, smoking, drinking, drugs, no drama. $900 rent, $450 security & $450 last 2 weeks rent. Background check required as well as a job & car. No couples. Female only. Do not bother to inquire if you have a pet or are looking for a room for a couple.
About the roomies
Retired couple, no other roomies. Children visitors now & then. We are home all day every day so you must have a job. We are quiet and will not interfere with you. We are homebodies and rarely go out. I do keep 2 babies during the week, part-time ending soon.
