The house is located in a residential street a 5 minute walk to Patterson Park. You’ll have a private bathroom and the room will be furnished with a full size bed. You’ll have access to the kitchen, dining and living room, laundry room (located on the main floor), half bath on main floor, and back patio. The basement is “off limits”.

My husband and I own the house so it’s a private landlord situation. We’re in our 20s, I work from home so I’m usually at home, he works in person but is home at nights. We cook a lot and we have guests (just a friend or two) about once, sometimes twice a week. We can establish “quiet hours” after 9-10pm on weekdays if needed. There are 2 very friendly and social cats living in the house, they won’t go in your room (unless you let them) but they might demand pets in the common areas :) unfortunately we can’t take in any new pets.
