Sebastian's room

Private room available in a beautiful two story home, with the room being on the second floor. Room has a small, double-sided closet with two clothing racks. Nice backyard space, plenty of parking available, as well as in-house washer and dryer. Anyone welcome, students preferred.

There are 3 other roommates who are all great guys, one on the first floor and two more on the second floor. Everyone is in their mid-twenties and works full-time. Everyone normally sticks to themselves, but if there is a football or basketball game on, catch us all downstairs tuned in. Backyard also offers plenty of space to kick back and BBQ.
