right across the street from CSUN student housing! area is generally very quiet even during school hours. covered tandem parking available at no extra cost to renters, and pet friendly (although rental is already occupied by pets) smoking available outside premises.

I’m a quiet person who currently works up to 5 days a week, looking for someone to take over roommate’s half of rent. I prefer to have roommate discussions in person and head on versus over text, and like to occasionally have fun. I have two adorable kitties that I care for, but will ask on occasion that the roommate take care of them while I am out of town on longer vacations. They are the most docile cats I’ve ever had and VERY friendly when they warm up to you :)
