The Location: This is an available, clean and comfortable upstairs room in a two-story house located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. There are hardwood floors throughout downstairs and carpet upstairs in the house. The property has a backyard and a fence surrounding the back of the home. This space is conveniently located a few minutes away from Downtown Franklin as well as minutes away from supermarkets, numerous restaurants, and Pinkerton Park. This home is a couple of minutes away from Highway 65 access.

Your Room: Since this spacious room is situated on the second floor, you will have access to the open living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size frame and mattress, dresser and lamp. This room is single occupancy.

Bathroom: Access to a full bathroom includes a tub and shower. This bathroom can be a private bath for tenant.

Full Kitchen Access: There is a gas stove, gas oven, and microwave in a fully equipped kitchen.

Laundry: The washing machine and dryer are available inside the house. Neighborhood laundromat is a few minutes away.

Monthly Rent: $1000 per month includes basic utilities and Wi-Fi.

Lease term: month to month; lease length is negotiable.

This is a sober household. No excessive alcohol use is allowed. No smoking and no vaping is allowed. No drug use is allowed. No additional pets are allowed since there is already dogs, only one small Yorkie dog inside the house.

Parking: driveway parking is located steps away from the house.

Covid-19 Consideration: A vaccinated housemate is greatly appreciated but not required. Our household is fully vaccinated and boosted.
