Hello, This is a nice property in a gated community. It has wifi, comes completely furnished, and has a gym, pool, and a system that allows for packages to be safely secured in a mailroom until you can pick them up. My apartment is a 4 bedroom 4 bath with one shared living room and kitchen. It comes with a bed, desk, nightstand, etc. I only need to move because they do not allow pets. I need someone to take over my lease, no deposit is required just a $200 moving fee my lease is until August 2024. You will be able to work out another leasing agreement with the apartments after that time period. It really is a nice place just don’t like the pet policy. My Rent is listed as $914 because that is what is stated under my lease, however, they do charge for utilities about $50-70 per month depending on your usage. They require renters insurance and if you do not provide proof they enroll you in theirs which is $13 a month. There are 3 other girls here, as it is an all girls unit. They are very friendly and clean. They keep to themselves mostly.
