Chloe's room

Posting on here because I am moving out of my townhouse where two other lovely ladies (and one goofy goldendoodle) live. I am hoping to find someone who would like to be close to the Morristown area, near Hanover and take over my lease!

A little bit about the place: It is a townhouse community, very cute and quiet place to live. There are endless parking spots and our unit also comes with a garage which we usually rotate cars in. There’s no fee for it as well. Rent is $900. We have a large living room/dining room area and a good sized kitchen. Washer and dryer are in unit. There are three bedrooms on the upper level, where one room is the master and has its own bathroom. I currently live in another room and share a bathroom with the third roommate.

A little bit about the lease: I will be moving late March so I’m hoping to find someone to move in either mid to late March timeframe. I can be flexible and am willing to work out the cost of that month’s rent! Roomies are looking to resign for another years lease once June rolls around.

Your two other roommmates will be young 20 female professionals! I’ve loved every minute living with them. They are clean and respectful of shared spaces. We keep a pretty solid routine during the week and just watch tv and talk after our work days.
