The bedroom is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, ample storage, small computer desk, walk-in closet & TV and private bathroom. Linens are provided, but feel free to use your own, should you prefer.

There is also a separate bonus family room/office space for your use on the lower level. It is equipped with comfy leather seating, desk space. Perfect for kicking back and watching football and other shows on the large 70” Sony TV. The washer and dryer are also on lower level. Nice fenced-in back patio. Included in the rent: Utilities (gas, electric, and water), Internet, Smart TV Streaming and Cox Contour TV Driveway & street parking.

Security deposit amount will be determined by the term of the lease. $500 for 3-6 months, $750 for 7-12 months. Driver license information, consent for a background check, employment verification, proof of income, and reference(s) from your current or past landlord and/or roommates will be required. COVID vaccinated, COVID documentation required.

I’m a retired, straight, and easy going white female that would be your housemate and hopefully your friend. I’m even-tempered with a sense of humor. I enjoy watching TV, streaming movies and shows, listening to music, gardening, and eating out occasionally. I’m quiet, laid back, open to socializing, or can keep to myself. I practice recycling and food scrap composting. The house is laid out to provide privacy should you want it. I like to have things clean and tidy and would like a housemate that will help to achieve that. I’m not an early morning person, but don’t mind if you are, if you’re quiet. No overnight guests unless pre-approved. No illegal drugs. No smoking in the house.
