The room size is 12’1’‘x11’0’’ Shared bathroom with your own closet.

The cleaning lady usually comes once a month, twice, or none depending on the necessity.

I lived sorrounded by quiet and respectful neighbors (I hope you are respectful of them too).

Your room will be fully Furnished. You will have a queen bed like-new (Only used by my mother when she visited me for a weekend) two nightstands, one new from Ikea and a brown old-looking one, and a desk moderately used but in very good condition. Your room includes the following: water, gas, electricity, wifi 4G and 5G, and use of a fully equipped gym. Your bedroom has a large closet. This apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer for you to use. You will have five (5) parking floors covered and a sixth floor uncovered.

While you are in the apartment the following rules apply always: That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow.

Most of the time I’m studying, reading, and working. On weekends sometimes I go to social dances, Inline Skating, or the gym. I only drink on special occasions or special meals mostly wine. I don’t smoke and I don’t want anybody with smoking habits or drinking, vaping, or marijuana, etc Habits.

I can teach you to Skate, dance and a couple of other things if you don’t know and are interested. In the end, I’m a very chill person down to earth who loves to have fun.

The other tenant who sleeps in the living room most of his time is working from 1:00 am until 8-9 am or 10 am. The bathroom will be shared with this roommate who sleeps in the living room in a sofabed. He is respectful, easy to talk to, and very helpful.
