Looking for a roommate!

• $600 a month with a $200 deposit (refundable at move out pending any damages) and includes internet water and garabge. Electric is split 50/50
• Single level house with Three bedrooms, one bath (jack and jill).
• The room is used as my plant/guest room now but will be empty in time for move in. I also plan on putting a fresh coat of paint on the walls and cleaning the carpet. You can decorate however you would like.
• Complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced in backyard.
• House is No Smoking inside but I don’t mind outside as long as the butts are disposed of.
• I have two dogs already so I would prefer someone with no pets but doesn’t mind pets. (Shihtzu 2 years old female and a english cocker spaniel 5 months female)
• Clean home, very quiet with the occasional social gathering.
• House has Ring cameras and security system and is located in a cul-de-sac.

I am a 36 year old straight female. I am a retail visual manager and enjoy decorating my home, furniture refurbishing, gardening/yard work and all my houseplants. I am outgoing, social, relaxed, clean. I’m open to letting you do your own thing or hanging out. My backyard is decorated with a pond (I use it as a wading pool in the summer) a pergola and lots of seating for enjoying the sun or relaxing outside.
