David's room

I own this house. I hardly ever go downstairs. It’s a unique layout. I live upstairs, in the master bedroom. The kitchen, living & dining room is all upstairs. I have a “den like” room available- downstairs. It has a small fridge but the kitchen, living room and dining room will be available to the tenant. Please see below for more details…

I am a single father, I do have two kids (4 yr old daughter & a 6 yr old son) - I only have them every Tuesday (from 5:15pm - (they stay the night & I leave w/ them the next day, on Wednesday, no later than 7:45am). I then have them every other weekend, from that Friday, at 5pm through Sunday. They get picked up on Sunday at 3pm. So their 2 rooms are downstairs.
