West Montgomery Avenue

This is a really nice apartment on the second (top) floor overlooking a courtyard with lots of light. Landlord pays for heat and hot water, and low move in costs. (The rent I listed is the total rent of the apartment before splitting the cost)

My boyfriend and I are respectful and friendly people who, when at home, often watch shows or movies or play games. We are looking to make friends in the area, but are fine with a quiet, private roommate as well.
