We have one room available for sublet in a Gramercy apartment, open from March 10-April 8. Dates are flexible! Come join our 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home, it has much green and the sweetest sphinx cat who loves to cuddle. Must be ok living with a cat, but she won’t bother you. Located in Gramercy Park, <10 minute walk to East River Park, 10 minute walk to the L, 20 minute walk to Union Square Park.
