I am looking for friendly someone to take over my spot in a double starting March : ) -In unit washer and dryer. -No deposit required, and fully furnished. -The apartment is a minute away from UC Berkley campus and the area is very safe (The complex is across the street from the campus police department). -Restaurants are very close and the bust stop is 2 minutes away.

You will be sharing the room with a very kind, quiet roommate (Ayesha). She spends most of her time between being in school and at work so the house is relatively quite almost always. The other housemates are also students, and leave every weekend to see their families (the house is super quite on the weekends, ideal for working from home/studying)
