Currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Current roommate is planning to move out and am looking for a rent sharer. Looking to split bills right down the middle. (Rent, Internet, Electricity, Water=$850) Separate bedroom with separate full bathroom. Can share kitchen and living room. Laundry in the apartment, computer room and pool in apartment complex. Basically smack dab in the middle of Wilmington. Close to everything!

I will be the only other person living here. I spend most of my days working my life away. Looking for a responsible, clean and trustworthy roommate. No smoking. I have two cats (so be more than okay with that) but other pets are not welcome (fearful there could be a devastating clash with someone else’s pets) Not looking for an exciting change in lifestyle. Definitely looking for more or a private reserved person to be my roommate. No parties or group gatherings are allowed. (This applies to me as well) Looking for a quiet respectful and borderline boring living situation. Living room room is fully furnished and kitchen is stacked with kitchen stuff I’m willing to share. Potentially strange living requirements? but I am hoping there is someone who appreciates the same values while living with a stranger!
