Check out the room in this beautiful 3-story Cotati townhome! I have a single room available on the first floor of the home, which has its own bathroom, closet, mini fridge, utilitiy sink, and French doors opening to an outdoor patio. It’s a hot plate away from a studio apartment. This is the only room on this floor, along with the garage. On the second floor is a shared fully-stocked kitchen, furnished living room, and washer/dryer in the home, all of which you will have access to. The house has central AC and heating, and is within walking distance of SSU, Oliver’s Market, and downtown Cotati.

Rent will be $1200/mo, first and last month’s rent due at the start of lease along with a $500 security deposit. Utility costs are shared equally by everyone in the house and are calculated at the end of each month. Length of lease is negotiable, preferably looking for someone who is willing to sign a 6-12 months lease. Feel free to email me and we can schedule a time for a visit.

This is a house for young working professionals and students. Most of the time we are either at school or work, so this tends to be a pretty low-key, quiet living situation. We’re all very respectful of one another and do our best to keep the house and shared spaces clean. Looking for a like-minded student or young working person who is responsible, respectful, and interested in living in a positive, supportive house with similar individuals. We do have a cat in the house, but she likes to stay in her parent’s room downstairs from this room.
