The house is also 1 block away from the #11 & #25 bus stop. A ride to Penn Stations is within 10 minutes. From Penn Station you can access the NC, NJCL, NORTHEAST REGIONAL, PATH, Newark Liberty International Airport, and Newark Light Rail to Bloomfield.

Hi my name is Jose. I’m the home owner and I’m currently looking for 1 roommate, preferably long term. I’m friendly, clean, and respectful. Looking for a like minded person. I speak both Spanish and English.

I’m 33 years old and work as an architect in Montclair. I’m also a long time resident of the Ironbound and an NJIT graduate.

I work Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-6:30pm in the office and remotely from home on Fridays for half-day.

I do not smoke and have no pets.
